13. Payment Processing
For your convenience and security, payments for our products and services are processed via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you make a payment through our Website, your payment information is handled securely by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s own terms of service and privacy policy. Roka UK does not store or have direct access to your full payment card details.
Upon successful completion of a payment, your card statement will display the charge with the description “Roka UK”. A digital receipt confirming your payment will be sent to the email address you provide during the transaction.
